• Completion time from 1 to 3 months depending on the type of work and workload.• Do not post WIP publicly
• You will always receive a Sketch for approval of your order before I finish your painting. Once the sketch is ready, you can ask for minor changes.
• If the initial sketch was rejected for any reason and a complete redraw was required, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch/pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
• All orders are completed DIGITALLY (unless otherwise stated) and you will receive a high-resolution PNG file and a web version of your painting.
• I draw NSFW. However, I prefer to draw erotica rather than porn.
• I reserve the right to refuse an order if I do not like the topic/character. If you are not sure about YOUR special desire, just ask if I will do it.
• Rush orders can be completed in 1 to 3 days. + 100% to the price. I will work for you all these days and commit to complete the work in full within this time frame. I will also be in touch and will send you stages of unfinished work for confirmation. Communication will take place in discord.The copyright for the final image will remain with me. You can only use your picture for non-commercial purposes (upload a web version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, any prints for yourself and friends, etc.)! I have the right to upload the order to my galleries and use it for prints in art books, portfolios, etc. (However, I will not recolor your order for other people or anything like that, I certainly respect your order as yours.) If you want to buy commercial use rights, please, let's discuss this in advance.By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to terminate the order if the agent violates these conditions.

• payment plan is available if the total order amount is over $300 USD
• payment is required within 24 hours of filling the slot
• once paid, you cannot waive the fee and make a refund.
• payment via PayPal. Please send the payment via the "friends and family" option (otherwise I will not be able to accept the payment and will be forced to return it). Send me a screenshot of the payment so that I can track the payment.
• In case you have already paid, the art isn't started, but after somehow violated my TOS, I will also look for ways to refund you but minus all fees, conversions and expenses. The services I use for payment don't have a “refund” button.

•Pre-completion stage 1 free editIf I made a mistake in the design - I will make an edit for free and in a timely manner.If there is no reference sheet with all the features of your character, but only a description and individual photos - all edits require payment.
Edits are estimated from $5 to $30 depending on the complexity of the correction.After completing the work, I will not be able to make significant edits.
